Flow
Flow is a state of complete absorption in an activity where you're so immersed that nothing else seems to matter—your skills match the challenge at hand, self-consciousness fades away, and time disappears. It's the sweet spot where peak performance meets profound enjoyment. Psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi popularized the concept in his seminal 1990 book Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience, showing that happiness isn't something we find, but something we create by ordering our consciousness and diving deep into meaningful work.
